They arrive on site in marked well maintained security vehicles, at designated times or on a random basis, to ensure your property is safe and secure. Should our mobile patrol guards find anything out of the ordinary while at your facility, our security professionals will deal with the situation based upon the agreed upon instructions and incident escalation protocols. We will then document the situation through an Incident Report which will be emailed to your contact representatives so that you will be fully apprised of all details. Depending on the nature of the incident, we will also follow up personally at the time of the event or the very next business day to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the results of our service.
